Two-Thirds In

I continue to enjoy all of my challenges and all of the positive things I have added to my life this moth.

Writing a blog post everyday is a source of fulfilment and joy and I intend to continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

My second digital-free day was just as rewarding as the first. I did more doodling and drawing, stitched some blank pages together to refill a journal that I had been gifted and got fully caught up on my rest.

I also finished Pride and Prejudice. Oh how I loved going back through that book again. I am looking forward to getting started on the Vet series next digital free day and complete my planned decoration of the before mentioned journal.

Food or more so eating has been a bit of a challenge for me this month. I have to find the happy medium between eating healthy and being satiated. I think I need to eat an additional meal, since so many of my meals are liquid and it doesn't take too long before I am hungry again.

For instance today I had a fruit smoothie for breakfast, followed by a pumpkin steamed dessert, a salad plate of veggies and fish and a cup of tea. As I type this my stomach feels quite empty so I will venture to appease it with some stir-fry veggies and brown rice in a bit.

  1. I too find when I scale back on the carbs I feel hungrier faster. Your days sound authentic and just lovely. Here's to a wonderful weekend for you too.
