Gratitude Day: 000
This post was inspired by my dear friend Nicky. Thank you for continuing to be a source of kindness, love and inspiration in my life.
Today:
I’m feeling: thoughtful and in control of my life. Though I am not certain exactly where I am going, I feel empowered by my efforts.
I’m listening to: my heart and my inner voice.
I’m thinking: that lessons are learned when it is the right time for them to sink in. Also, I believe that choosing the right material, people and influences for your mind can have a major effect on when change happens.
I’m reading: 77 Ways to Improve Your Well Being
I’m looking forward to: Cleaning my rooms, yoga and getting back to work.
I’m learning: That everything happens to the good of the spirit. Challenges and triumphs alike all build us up to where we need to be.
I’m enjoying: watching my garden grow, connecting with friends and rediscovering myself.
I’m creating: a cowl for a friend and an environment for my personal and spiritual well being.
I’m grateful for: my friends, my family, my inner voice and the ability to work and to have a good life in which I can be generous and kind.
Around the house are: bags of clothing and rubbish to sort, wash and donate; and spaces slowly coming under control.
In my kitchen: brown rice, lentils and cauliflower cooked in my rice cooker. :)
I’m planning later in the coming week to: continue to declutter and clean. Go to the supermarket. Have a spa date with myself and enjoy a sugar scrub after a soak in the tub. Drop off my insurance forms.
My quote/verse for the upcoming week is: I am my refuge.
I’m wishing you: Self love, inner peace and contentment.
